Rooted in the belief that the early years shape everything. When children grow up feeling loved, heard and grounded, they carry that into the world as adults. Tiny Hands Big Adventures supports the parents who make that happen and give babies and young children opportunities to explore activities that nurture their development while strengthening their bond with their parent or carer.
Our approach is simple.

Blossom and Berry certified instructors deliver our baby massage classes, with Amanda also holding accreditation from the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Meet Amanda
Hi… Tiny Hands Big Adventures was founded by me, Amanda. I’m a trained childcare professional with years of experience working with babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and I’ve spent a long time in the fabulous, messy world of early years play and development.
I run Tiny Hands Big Adventures from Skipton, in the lovely Yorkshire Dales… supporting families across the Craven area and beyond with baby and toddler groups and early years play ideas… with baby massage and gentle 4th trimester support coming soon, as well as calm, realistic parenting support.
I started Tiny Hands Big Adventures after meeting so many parents who cared desperately about their children but still felt unsure, overwhelmed or like they were somehow “getting it wrong” while everyone else was “getting it right”.
Those feelings really resonated with me so much, because I’ve been there… exhausted and second guessing myself and all whilst trying to figure it out as a lone parent.
Tiny Hands Big Adventures is my way of offering the kind of village I know you deserve: somewhere warm, calm and honest where you can ask questions, learn what your child needs and find simple ways to connect through everyday play.
If you’re joining us at one of our face to face sessions in Skipton and the surrounding area, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. There’s no need to have it all together. Bring the baby, the toddler, the preschooler and the tired brain and we’ll meet you there, just as you are, and welcome you into our little village.
