General Information
Tiny Hands Big Adventures provides baby massage, sensory play sessions, newborn nurture
support, wellbeing workshops, digital downloads and online learning for parents and babies.
All services are owned and delivered by Amanda Belt as a sole trader. Sessions may also at
times be facilitated by a trained instructor who works in line with our calm, connection-
focused ethos.
By booking or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to the terms outlined
here.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made through our online booking system, Book that In.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and spaces cannot be held without payment.
You will receive confirmation once your booking has been processed.
Blocks and courses can’t be transferred once they’ve started, although a transfer to a future
block may sometimes be offered before your start date if spaces allow.
These conditions apply to all in-person services including baby massage, sensory play,
newborn nurture and any wellbeing workshops.
Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable except when a class or course is cancelled by
Tiny Hands Big Adventures, or when a significant medical issue prevents participation and this
is supported with appropriate evidence.
Refunds are not given for individual missed sessions.
If you miss a session, we may offer a recorded recap where available or a space in another
class.
These options are a goodwill gesture rather than a replacement for our refund policy and they
cannot be guaranteed.
If we need to cancel a session due to illness, venue issues or other unforeseen circumstances,
you will be offered an alternative date, recorded content (where appropriate) or a transfer to a
future block.
If none of these options can reasonably be offered, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
Health, Safety & Contraindications
Your baby/child’s wellbeing is at the heart of every session.
By attending, you agree that you are responsible for your baby/child’s safety and supervision
at all times.
We rely on accurate health and wellbeing information to keep sessions appropriate and safe, so
please keep us updated if anything changes.
If your baby/child is unwell, contagious, has a fever or rash, or in the case of baby massage &
newborn nurture has recently received immunisations, please wait until they are fully recovered
before attending.
We may need to refuse participation if we feel a session would be unsafe or unsuitable.
This applies across all session types, including sensory play where materials may be textured,
messy or contain small parts that require close supervision.
During Classes
All our groups are baby/child-led. You are welcome to feed, cuddle or comfort your baby/child
as needed during our groups and we will endeavour to provide you with a quiet space to do so
if required. We run our groups with the mindset that there are never any expectations for
babies and children to complete every activity.
Massage dolls are available in baby massage sessions if your baby sleeps and you’d like to follow
the routine.
Sensory play sessions sometimes involve stimulating materials. They’re chosen with safety in
mind, but parents must supervise how their baby/child engages, especially around mouthing or
swallowing.
Newborn nurture sessions provide guidance around areas within the 4th trimester only… such
as swaddling, still touch and connection.
In all our groups we aim to create a warm, respectful, inclusive atmosphere where everyone
feels welcome.
