Tiny Hands offers baby massage, sensory play, newborn nurture sessions, wellbeing
groups, digital downloads and online learning for parents and their babies. The
business is owned and operated by Amanda Belt, trading as a sole trader. We are
registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection
compliance, registration number ZCO49118

information when you attend our classes, workshops or purchase digital content.

When you make a booking using our online booking partner, Book That In, the
information you enter such as your name, contact details and your baby’s
information is securely processed and stored within their GDPR-compliant system.

- Contact us directly by e-mail, social media or other digital forms of
communication

Devices are password-protected and files stored securely.
Photographs & Videos
Occasional photographs or short videos may be taken for marketing or social media.
This is always optional, and consent is requested at booking or in writing. You may
withdraw consent at any time by emailing [add email address].
You’re welcome to take photos of your own baby only.
During baby massage, we ask for a screen-free space to protect bonding and privacy.
Data Retention
We retain personal and medical information for as long as required to meet insurance,
safeguarding and legal obligations.
Typically, this is up to 6 years after your last session or purchase requiring medical or
consent information.
After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
